DELIVERY LOCO · 2 PATOJOS

PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy information for Delivery Loco and this website.

Effective date: Not yet effective — draft

Who is responsible

Julio Marroquin, operating under the independent studio name 2 Patojos.

This website

The website itself does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, contact forms, or cookies. Fonts and logos are served with the site. Choosing a language follows a link and does not store a preference on your device.

Hosting and external links

The production website is intended to be hosted on Vercel. When you load a hosted page, the hosting service receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Hosting logs and retention settings must be reviewed for the production deployment. App store links and any externally hosted trailer are subject to the destination provider’s own privacy practices.

Vercel privacy notice

Information you send for support

If you email a published support or privacy address, the recipient receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary personal information. The mailbox provider, access controls, and retention period must be confirmed before launch.

Game services and cloud saves

Delivery Loco can connect to Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iOS. The current implementation attempts platform sign-in automatically when available unless you disconnect it in game settings. The service can handle your platform identity, achievements, scores, and saved progression. Cloud snapshots exclude device settings, ad consent, purchase flags, and local ghost replays. Disconnecting stops new game-service submissions; it does not delete information already held by the provider.

Rewarded ads and consent

The game includes optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Consent information is refreshed through Google’s User Messaging Platform at launch for players without VOLANDO Plus. Ad initialization is deferred until an eligible rewarded-ad request. Google’s mobile ad services can process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Personalization depends on consent and platform settings; non-personalized ads can still process data. Privacy options and iOS tracking permission handling are implemented and need verification in the release builds.

Optional purchases

VOLANDO Plus is implemented as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit handles the transaction. The game stores entitlement information to enable purchased features and restore ownership. The game does not ask you to enter card details. Store purchase records are managed by the relevant platform.

Error reports

Sentry error-reporting code is present, but its service address is empty, so reporting is currently inactive. If enabled for release, the current code sends technical errors, app and operating-system details, scene and job context, and recent diagnostic events. It attempts to remove email addresses, IP addresses, and personal file paths from report text. That filter does not establish that every SDK field is anonymous. The report setting currently defaults to on and can be disabled in game settings. Activation, collected SDK fields, legal grounds, and retention must be reviewed before enabling this service.

Information handled by the game

The current game saves progress, settings, purchase ownership, consent choices, and local race replays on the device. Platform sign-in enables achievements, scores, and cloud progression. There is no separate 2 Patojos player registration. Advertising and platform providers may also process identifiers, network information, and activity as described above. The shipped Android and iOS builds still need a final data-flow review.

How game data is used

Data supports saved progress, platform achievements and scores, cloud recovery, purchase restoration, consent choices, and rewarded advertising. If crash reporting is activated, technical reports help diagnose game errors. Support messages are used to answer requests. Applicable legal grounds and any regional consent requirements must be finalized for the release territories.

Third-party services and sharing

The inspected implementation integrates Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (advertising and consent), Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit (purchases), and Google Play Games or Apple Game Center with iCloud saved games (platform features). Sentry is integrated but inactive while its service address is empty. Vercel is the intended website host. Before launch, confirm SDK versions, any mediation partners, international processing arrangements, and the support email provider.

How long information is kept

Retention periods for game data, support messages, service logs, backups, and any legally required records have not yet been confirmed. This section must state the actual periods or criteria and what happens after deletion.

Data security

The game’s transmission, storage, and access safeguards must be verified and described before launch. This draft does not assert that unverified data flows are encrypted or that the game has passed a security audit.

Children and age suitability

The intended audience, store age ratings, and handling of children’s information have not yet been confirmed. The policy must reflect the actual audience and any applicable child-specific protections.

Your choices and privacy requests

The method for accessing, correcting, deleting, or withdrawing consent for personal information must be confirmed, together with any region-specific rights and request-handling process.
